Hi everyone, I wondered if there might be a fanbook containing the stories of the Bible or so. I didn't find one so if that still doesn't exist, would anybody also wish for such an extra-book? I am really interested in all the stories the bible contains. Maybe also with the hidden pages and so on. 🥰
What's on your mind?

I haven't seen the English version anywhere, but strangely there is a Part 3 Volume 1 & 2...
This may be known to some wiki editors, but I thought I'd give a reminder, in case it isn't widely known...
Spoilerblur
If you use the class="spoilerblur", like for <span class="spoilerblur">Something you think is a spoiler...</span>, it will only blur for desktop browser wiki users. The code for this is ignored on the mobile skin, so it has no effect there.
Spoilerblock
The {{spoilerblock}} template will work on mobile, because the collapse code works there. So, if you really want something to be hidden, use {{spoilerblock|Something you think is a spoiler, but you really want it to be hidden.}}.
Wit Studio is pretty well known, so I don't expect a drop off in quality. We'll see if they do a character redesign, though, which could be a problem.
1. I found it interesting that the White birds don't travel to the feystones of dead people. Which then made me think, "What if I could put a white bird inside a letter white bird? Could I UPS it across a border?" Of course not, right? But then it crossed my mind, "Why are there no package birds?" I mean, storks can carry a full sized baby, right?
2. Eckhardt is being either irrational or stupid. Angelica clearly stated she wanted to test her 'weapons' against the silver men. Which is also important information. Not fisticuffs.
3. Why would Rozemyne need to make Ferdinand a registration feystone if they have the same mana? I mean, even a god can't tell them apart. So it should technically be like he is the foundation stealing Aub as well. But then I thought,
4. How are thier mana the same if Rozemyne's mana produced greater harvests than Ferdinands?
It is easy to tell the story is coming to and end with contradictions increasingly occurring.
We know the language origins for many of the names (mostly German, but Italian and others for more recent names). Should we try to add a pronunciation key to pronounce the names?
You can often just put the name in Google translate and it will figure out the language and give an example audio pronunciation. The tricky thing will be the form of the pronunciation key... should it be based on English word fragment pronunciation? Should we use special characters (many people don't know what they mean).
Or maybe this isn't something anyone else cares about.

I think this interview took place before spring 2023, even though it was posted in August 2023.
So... firstly I want to say that I have read 'spoilers' all the way to the end of the series. So I knew about everything in this latest section update.
Secondly: that didn't matter! I was still on the edge of my seat as I was reading paragraph after paragraph. Then, I read it a second time, because I thought it so good.
That out of the way... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH MANA / MAGIC / BLESSINGS???
1st: Magic / Blessing left through a Replenishment Hall, traveled Ahrensbach, CROSSED DUCHY BORDERS, to reach Rozemyne. WTH is up with that after so many explanations that it can't be done? Was it wrapped in silver cloth? (being facetious)
2nd: Both Rozemyne and Ferdinand have the same mana, to such an exactness that even gods can't tell them apart, but yet:
a. Rozemyne needs to take the Foundation in order to enter a Replenishment Hall Ferdinand is mana-registered to?
b. This was also the case with Ferdinand's secret rooms?
c. Gods can't tell them apart, but magic rooms and tools can?
That makes no sense to me. Even with the whole schtappe explanation from the previous section release. They have had the SAME mana since the mind-meld... right?
Side note: Who the hell are they talking about? Is this a translation error?
Just what sister is Detline saying dyed the foundation instead of her doing it? Aurelia is a cousin, right? Gieselfried's other daughters were in other duchies for quite a long time, right. ??
What did I miss? Where did I miss it at? I swore it was just her and a dead brother from Gorgine. The other's being half-siblings, with the females married out of the duchy for several years now!????
What am I missing?
So... devouring children are all born omni elemental, and if you survive dying, you are an Ewigeleibe marked devouring child; ie. a devouring child with solid feystones in your body.
So... if Ferdinand synchronizes with Dirk, Dirk's mana would turn like Ferdinand's for a relative short time. Then go back to its original blank (Dirk) omni elemental state with a higher border gate attribute.
Myne on the other hand can't have her mana return to her own because her numerous feystones were all dyed by Ferdinand? And feystones can't lose the mana that was pushed into them while surrounded by other mana? Even when Myne's own mana capacity increased?
I'm missing something here. It feels like her actual mana is still there, just being over powered by the liquified feystones still in her body no matter how much her own mana increases?
So... would like a battle where she loses blood weaken that? Reminds me a bit like the Tom Cruise movie.... Edge of Tomorrow with the Alpha blood. It doesn't make sense that all these years of Myne compressing her mana was never enough to overpower and dye the liquified feystones in her body, ESPECIALLY when a future spouse can apparently do it!
There's also the whole reveal that anyone can become omni elemental with enough prayer and have each of those increase in power as well through prayer. Yet Myne is dyed for life? No other feystones in the story even do that... ???
Just what am I missing?
We are the Library Committee, those who disrupt the peace of the library shall not run away scot-free! Borrowing Schwartz & Weiss' power, we're here to fight!
Episode 1: Cure Ehrenfest Is Born!
Rozemyne is an archduke candidate that loves books the most.
She was so excited when she first visited the Royal Academy Library, that she sprayed her blessings everywhere.
Suddenly, the shumils started moving...
"Milady, you shall fight. Please transform."
"Eh? Eh? What's going to happen to me?"
Episode 2: Cure Dunkelfelger Is Born!
Hannelore is an archduke candidate that likes shumils.
She went to the Royal Academy Library to apologize for her brother's rudeness.
That's where she got the request to help Lady Rozemyne.
"Milady, help us. Please transform."
"I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time!"
Episode 3: The Royalties' Visit
Look forward to it!

P.S: Is it just me, or their faces look a bit creepy?
It's 5am and I haven't slept because I am again rereading Ascendance of a Bookworm, the English JNovel version of the light novels.
I'm the 4th arch already and this thought crossed my mind since I know what happens in the more current releases as well: could not Rozemyne take a mana enfused ruelle, grant it the god of darkness' bible version prayer blessing, and force feed it to a Lord of Winter to make it easier to kill it? The dark blessing's power is to sap mana and send that sapped mana to the god of darkness (either spell and prayer).
A ruelle with her mana super evolves a feybeast, and we know that killing a mana absorbing fey creature doesn't mandate using the dark blessing but just makes it easier. So why not just feed a fey creature a dark blessing ruelle? It seems like the perfect peanutbutter wrapped dog medicine trick to me. No?
Wow... leave it to Fraularm to "accidentally" pull out a test two years ahead of what is supposed to be tested. And leave it to Rozemyne to just ace it without even noticing it. ^^
I'm rather curious about Fraularm's parting words... does she know about Gloria's poisoning attempt? Why in the world would Georgine tell her about that though?
I just hope that when Rozemyne is called upon to open the archive, they have a couple of knights ready to physically hold her back from charging in, just in case her love for books overpowers her intention to stay out. ^^
I wonder if Ferdinand might give Raimund some tips on mana compression (or Rozemyne for that matter). Surely they can help him a little without giving away the full compression methods. He certainly deserves it IMO.
Ah poor Hildebrand, having his love-interest so completely oblivious to his affection. Though I'm surprised Rozemyne's misunderstanding wasn't cleared up with his reaction when she did call Charlotte over at the moment he realized he switched up their names. Then again it wouldn't be out of character for her to notice and later forget about it again since it wasn't about books.
FYI I probably won't be doing nearly as many edits this week around... I lost the notes I took while reading to a computer crash before I could make the edits or save the file. -_-
Ah a nice chapter with new tidbits about the gods, magic and the curriculum. I love learning more about the magic in that world. :)
Though I have to say the final part was a bit anti-climatic. When I saw the title of the current part and the cover with the white crystal tree, I was expecting something a bit more than pretty much nothing at all to happen. There's this build-up of the statues suddenly dancing and the magic barrier and then... she goes to a place she already has been to and nothing else happens? oO
I mean sure the little insight into how things used to be was nice, but still something of a let-down.
I'm a rather confused about Angelica, but since that has an impact on what I'm going to put in her article, I'll discuss that over there, rather than here.
Quite surprising how the other duchies (or at least Drewanchel at any rate) do not say the prayer for mana replenishment. I wonder if that makes the transfer less efficient or has some other practical effects, other than saving time. I'm pretty sure this is due to Ehrenfest keeping some ancient tradition while Drewanchel - ever the innovators - streamlined their process at some point.
That bit with Judithe and Theodore was really cute and funny. :3
We all know that there are two different types of highbeasts in story: the traditional rideable animal type, and the drivable type pioneered by Rozemyne. However, since the user can morph his highbeast into any shapes imaginable, how about being more creative and invent other more functional forms?
I thought of two rather interesting concepts:
Armor Type: Morph the highbeast feystone into an armor covering the whole body, so we have something like Iron Man's powered armor. It could provide the user with far greater aerial mobility (think Iron Man's or Gundam's aerial combat maneuvers) than the traditional horseback style ones, serve as an additional layer of protection, and has no risk of falling off from the horseback. Probably the ideal type for knights, except with the downside of not being able to carry anything.
Aircraft Type: Similar to the drivable type which houses the passenger inside, but fitted with wings, tail stabilizer and a more aerodynamic shape. Get rid of the animal heads and legs. Since maneuvers that counter physical phenomena (levitating, holding still in a blizzard, flying in strong wind etc.) cost more mana, I'd presume that working with physics would be more mana efficient. Wings and tail stabilizer could be retracted when landing, going through narrow spaces or flying in bad weather.
I reckon these shouldn't be called high"beasts" anymore, but would work very well. How do they sound? Feel free to come up with other interesting types too.
So... if I understand this right, having mana has nothing to do with actually being a nobel or royalty, as everyone is born with mana; other than the fact that at some point in their time, those with a lot of mana decided to differentiate themselves from those with very little mana and forgot about the gods?
I'm under the current impression that anyone in this story, considered royal, nobel, or commoner, can ultimately become Zent, under the following thoughts:
1. Very early in the story we learn all humans have mana at birth.
2. That in LN 4-7 (Investigating the Bible) the bible states anyone can increase their mana by zealot prayer to the gods. In a distant 3rd,
3. That the starbind ceremony (and other prayers) provides a hint to mana increase by suggesting prayers be given to the gods in order to gain blessings.
4. That the Grushiet is actually had by the goddess Metsionora (this is not a spoiler as it has been stated through multiple light novels already).
This would mean even commoners can increase their mana capacities, and can also be a reason why some 'commoner' children are born with 'devouring' if their parents are constantly praying to a god or to the gods for their child to be born well. It could also be why even within the royal and noble castes they vary in mana amounts even within the tiered system, ie. Mednobles having high or low mana capacities.
Is this an actual thread within this story? I am starting to think that a part of the plot is how intellectual ignorance and ego has caused the downfall the country as a whole. Though I really would like this to be the case, I wonder if I'm out in left field here or not.
