Claudio, also called Count Haldenzel, is the governing noble of the province of Haldenzel in Ehrenfest. He is the older brother of Elvira.

He and his sister Elvira share a strong family resemblence. They both have dark green hair and dark brown eyes.

Personality

Giebe Haldenzel has a forceful, yet friendly attitude. It isn't clear whether it's his natural charisma or intentional skill, but he is very good at manipulating people without them even realizing they are following his whims until they are already doing a task for him. And this isn't limited to inexperienced people, even the commander of Ehrenfest's Knight's Order Karstedt fell victim to this once, during a spring prayer visit to the province, where he ended up roped into an extensive feybeast hunt and only realizing partway through.
