HeaderSynopsis

The story centers around Urano Motosu, a college student who loves books. Just after landing her dream job as a librarian, she dies after being crushed by her book collection earthquake. The next thing she knows, Urano wakes up in the body of Myne, a sickly commoner girl living in the fantasy city of Ehrenfest. Her first mission is to find a book — but to her dismay, her family doesn't even know what a book is.

Stuck in a world where ink and paper are worth their weight in gold, and where most commoners don't even know how to read, Myne resolves that "if there are no books, I'll just have to make them myself!"
