Part 2

Part 2 Volume 1

When Myne joined the temple, Fran was assigned to her as a attendant and acted as her head attendant, keeping Gil and Delia (and her) organised.

Initially, he resented the role, believing that it meant Ferdinand cast him away, which made him feel frustrated, and he released his frustration on Myne, which resulted in his former attitude towards Myne. Later, during a meeting with Benno, he learned that in actuality Ferdinand did so because he considered Fran as the most trustworthy and capable attendant suited to serve Myne. Although he never shirked in his duties before that, finding out how strong Ferdinand's trust in him was made him thoroughly recommit to serving Myne.

Part 2 Volume 4

When Myne "died" and became Rozemyne, he immediately transitioned into becoming her head attendant, and ensured that all the other attendants treated Rozemyne as a proper noble and teaching her as he did before.

Part 4 Volume 9

Despite having made large strides in overcoming his past trauma and being able to enter the very room in which Sister Margaret abused him, Fran still carries some deep mental scars with him. After Ferdinand's departure from the temple, Fran along side Lothar and Ymir goes to pick out ceremonial robes for Cornelius, Angelica and Damuel for them to participate in the dedication ritual in a storeroom for clothes left behind by former blue priests.

When they come across Margarets old ceremonial robes in consider using them for Angelica, Fran freezes up and has his teeth chatter for a moment. Thankfully it happens while the other two preseent priests are looking the other way and engrossed in a discussion, so he is able to get himself under control without them noticing, but for Fran himself it was a grim reminder that despite his great strides thanks to Lady Rozemyne he is yet to fully heal.

More out of a selfish desire to never see the robes again he argues that Lady Angelica would not like the cutsey floral design and manages to convince the other two to pick another one.

At the occasion the three priests also discuss current affairs in the temple and Lord Ferdinand's past. With Lothar having been among the first pair of attendants Ferdinand took on upon arriving in the temple, he had some stories that even Fran was not aware of. Fran also advises Ymir on a way to help Brother Kampfer should his family return to stealing his money now that he was no longer protected by Ferdinand.
