Hauchletzte is a duchy on the southwestern edge of Yurgenschmidt and currently holds the status of a middle duchy.
Duchy Information
Hauchletzte's duchy colour is purple[1] and its crest features a feycreature that resembles a Unicorn.[1]

In Year 4, Hauchletzte was Fifth.[3] After the Lanzenave Invasion was defeated, and new duchies Blumenfeld and Korinthsdaum were founded in Year 5, Hauchletzte's rank was pushed down to Seventh.[2]

Geography
Hauchletzte is on the coasts of an ocean, which also borders the duchies of Ossvault, Quandtreeb and Losrenger.[1] Hauchletzte has temperate climate and feels like Spring most parts of the year due to proximity of the Water Country Gate.[4]
People and Leadership
Hauchletzte has three archduke candidates at the Royal Academy in Year 4, a sixth-year girl and her younger brother, as well as their recently adopted younger sister who just joined the Royal Academy.[3] A third-year male archduke candidate escorts two girls in Hannelore's Fifth Year.[5]
Nahelache is originally from Hauchletzte.[6]
History
Hauchletzte was once famous for it's maritime goods. When the Civil War happened, the country gate in the ocean, was closed and due to the lack of a Grutrissheit, Zent Trauerqual was unable to open it again. With the part of the ocean within Yurgenschmidt not having many rivers ending in it, the ocean has been steadily shrinking ever since, throwing the economies of the duchies on it's coasts into disarray, with Hauchletzte being one of them.[1]
Story
Part 5 Volume 7
Following the revelations rediscovered in Ehrenfest and Dunkelfelger's joint research into the connection between Religious Ceremonies, genuine prayers and the number of divine protections one can obtain, many Aubs adopt children from their extended family, who were believed to fall just a bit short of the standards necessary to become a proper archduke candidate. For the same reason Aub Hauchletzte adopts a 10 year old girl into his family, the year after the discoveries are made public.[3]
