Hugo (フーゴ, Fuugo) is Rozemyne’s personal chef whom she trained at the temple. He is married to her other chef, Ella.
The unusual and delicious recipes Hugo makes are in high demand among the nobles of Ehrenfest.
Appearance
Hugo has broad shoulders and is quite muscular due to him being a chef. His hands are covered with calluses from using the kitchen knife.
History
When Benno looked for chefs to train for his eatery, Hugo agreed to take the job. He met his assistant Ella at the Eatery Guild for the first time when she came to sign the contract. Both had to sign a contract with the Gilberta Company stating that they won't cook Myne's recipes without Benno's or Myne's permission. When they shook hands at their first meeting, Hugo noticed the calluses on Ella's hand. He is impressed by her and respects her for her diligence towards cooking.
