Ascendance of a Bookworm ~I'll do anything to become a librarian!~ (本好きの下剋上 ～司書になるためには手段を選んでいられません～ Honzuki no Gekokujō ~Shisho ni Naru Tame niwa Shudan o Erandeiraremasen~) is an adaptation based on the light novels of the same name.
So far, as of April 2021, there are 6 volumes in Japanese.
Synopsis
The story centers around Urano Motosu, a 22 year old Japanese woman, soon-to-be librarian who dies in an earthquake, being ironically crushed by the books she loves so much. Luckily, she gets reincarnated in another world as the daughter of a poor family named Myne. Unfortunately, books are scarce and only available to people of noble blood as books are expensive. Myne (retaining her memories from her previous life) decides to create and print her own books so that she can read again.

In addition to the main story published by TO Books, there's also the junior collection, TO Junior Bunko. This version for children started publishing in July 1, 2019 and is ongoing. The story is the same as in the main light novel series but offers newly drawn illustrations.
