Leon (レオン Reon) is a leherl at the Gilberta Company.
Personality
Leon seems down to earth and not immediately discouraged by hardships in his life. He seeks profit for him and his family's business in anything he does with his merchant soul.
History
Leon is from a linen merchant family, which wants to strengthen their connections with the Gilberta Company's clothing business. Resulting from this, he became an apprentice at the Gilberta Company after his baptism and later signed a leherl contract at the age of ten.
Story
Since Myne associated with the Gilberta Company, business changes happened, with one being the Italian Restaurant. The eatery needed qualified waiters, which is why Benno instructs Leon to train in the temple. He is thankful to be able to receive proper training, which might come in handy in the future, but more than just training, he is dispatched to the workshop or to bring orphans to the forest.
When Sylvester wanted to visit the lower city's forest, Leon, Gil, and Lutz are asked to guide him to the forest with the orphans and show him around. After hearing Myne's request, he realizes that he is the only one who knows Sylvester's identity. In cold sweat, he decided to leave Sylvester to Lutz and look after the orphans. One shock after another arises for Leon, when he sees how the others are handling Sylvester.
When the topic of food comes up, he decides to report to Benno and organize the proper means to serve food to Sylvester. He splits up with the group and goes to the Gilberta Company. From there he takes food, a drink, and cutlery for Sylvester with him before he catches up with the group in the forest again. After arriving, he learns from Fritz that the orphans and Sylvester with Lutz split up in different groups. While thinking he found a companion in Fritz who has been making a table for Sylvester out of stones, the difference in common sense between the temple and commoners hit him over again. Leon somehow survives the trip with Sylvester's lunch and handling Sylvester spoils.
Trivia
- Leon knows that Myne is not from noble origin.
