Mark (マルク Maruku) is a leherl at Benno's store and his right-hand man.
Appearance
He has short brown hair, and wears a waistcoat over a white shirt.
Personality
Dignified in his professional manner of interacting with others and thoughtful, Mark is also very skilled.
History
Mark was affiliated with the Gilberta Company since his apprentice time. Therefore, he knows Benno since his childhood. When Benno's father died, Mark decided to stay with the Gilberta Company and support Benno when he takes over the company.
Story
Season 1
Episode 7: Seeds of Suspicion
When Myne and Lutz meet with Benno for lunch at the Gilberta Company, Mark teaches Myne how to write order forms while Lutz practices his letters. Later, he accompanies Myne on a visit to the lumber workers. When she collapses, he takes her back to the Gilberta Company to recover.
Trivia
- He was impressed that Lutz was able to write his name when they first met.
- He finds it intriguing that Myne can calculate without using a calculator and asks her to teach him, as it can come in handy when he hasn't got his calculator with him.
- He swears to himself to raise Lutz so that he will survive being dragged around by Myne and Benno.[1]
- His dream is to become Benno's God of Fire, supporting his growth from the sidelines.[1]
