Ralfrieda is the first wife of former Zent Trauerqual and the mother of Sigiswald and Anastasius.
History
Ralfrieda was born in the duchy of Gilessenmeyer and later in life married the future Zent Trauerqual. Together they had at least two children, Sigiswald and Anastasius. It was at her suggestion that Raublut was chosen as the new commander of the Sovereign Knight's Order.[3]
Story
Part 5 Volume 12
Despite having plenty of reason and justification to entirely divorce Ralfrieda for her role in bringing the traitor Raublut into a position, where he was able to unleash the chaos he did, Trauerqual decides to keep his marriage with Ralfrieda. However for political reasons, and to reward Magdalena for the crucial role she played in bringing down the traitor, Trauerqual decides to demote Ralfrieda to third wife, and has Magdalena take the place of his first. As the third wife, Ralfrieda won't have to interact with nobles from other duchies, thus sparing her the ridicule they would most likely heap on her, for her unwitting assistance to the Lanzenave invaders, instead giving her the chance to enjoy a quiet life, out of the public eye, while supporting her husband from behind the scenes in their new duchy.[2]
