As an archduke candidate of Ehrenfest and the High Bishop of the temple, Rozemyne maintains a staff of several guards, attendants, scholars, and other personnel.

HeaderGuard Knights

Main Guard Knights

Damuel - Rozemyne's first guard knight, and the only one who knew her in her commoner days. He was initially forced to serve her as a punishment, but comes to have a genunine respect for her. Although he is a laynoble, Rozemyne thinks of him as the center of her guard knight team.

Angelica - A medknight and Bonifatius’s prized disciple. Because she has a delicate, fairy-like beauty, she seems unsuited to be a knight at first glance. However, she is extremely driven and single-minded in her determination to become stronger.

Cornelius - Rozemyne's older brother and the youngest of Karstedt and Elvira’s sons. After he failed to prevent Rozemyne’s poisoning, he became very protective of her. He is engaged to Leonore.

Leonore - A quiet and intelligent archknight who began serving Rozemyne in the Royal Academy. She is familiar with a wide variety of feybeasts and feyplants. She is engaged to Cornelius.

Laurenz - A knight from the former Veronica faction who gave his name to Rozemyne. He has an easygoing, joking personality.

Matthias - A medknight from the former Veronica faction who gave his name to Rozemyne. He has a serious disposition and likes to think carefully before making decisions.

Apprentice Guard Knights

Judithe - An apprentice medknight who has a deep admiration for Angelica. She is talented with ranged weapons.

Theodore - An apprentice knight who guards Rozemyne only at the Royal Academy. His goal is to serve in the province of Kirnberger, and he plans to retire as Rozemyne's retainer after she graduates. He is Judithe’s younger brother.

HeaderScholars

Main Scholars

Hartmut - An archscholar who serves Rozemyne at the Royal Academy. He is gifted at gathering information, and his goal is to spread the legend of Rozemyne’s sainthood to as many people as possible. He briefly left her service to become the High Priest. His mother is Ottilie and he is engaged to Clarissa.

Clarissa - An archscholar originally from Dunkelfelger. She secured an engagement with Hartmut for the sole purpose of serving Rozemyne; like him, she wants to spread the legend of her sainthood as far as possible.

Apprentice Scholars

Philine - An apprentice layscholar who loves to read. Her primary job is to help gather and copy new stories for Rozemyne. She effectively became Rozemyne’s ward after leaving her family home.

Roderick - An apprentice medscholar from the former Veronica faction who gave his name to Rozemyne. His primary job is to gather and write new stories for Rozemyne.

HeaderAttendants

Castle Attendants

Lieseleta - A polite and feminine mednoble who comes from a family of excellent attendants. She is Angelica’s younger sister and loves cute things, especially shumils.

Apprentice Attendants

Bertilde - An apprentice attendant and archnoble. When her sister, Brunhilde, graduates from the Royal Academy, Bertilde agrees to serve Rozemyne in her stead.

Gretia - A member of the former Veronica faction. Although she was not required to do so, she gave her name to Rozemyne as a means to leave her family. She is shy and prefers to avoid attention.

Temple Attendants

Fran - Originally Ferdinand’s attendant, Fran was assigned to serve Myne as an apprentice blue shrine maiden. He is currently in charge of the High Bishop's chambers and serves as Rozemyne’s chief attendant in the temple.

Gil - A gray priest assigned to Myne as an apprentice blue shrine maiden. He is now in charge of the workshop at the temple orphanage.

Wilma - A gray shrine maiden in charge of managing the orphanage. A gifted artist, she also creates art for books produced by the printing workshop.

Monika - A gray shrine maiden who serves Rozemyne in the High Bishop's chambers. She was previously in charge of cooking with Nicola.

Nicola - A cheerful gray shrine maiden who primarily works in the kitchen as a cook. She who also helps in the High Bishop's chambers.

Fritz - An even-tempered gray priest who helps with the workshop and serves in the High Bishop's chambers when necessary.

Zahm - Originally Ferdinand’s attendant, he was assigned to Rozemyne to help Fran with the High Bishop’s paperwork for the temple.

Ella - Rozemyne's chef.

Rosina - Rozemyne's personal musician and a former grey shrine maiden.

HeaderRetired Retainers

Brigitte - A medknight who served as Rozemyne's first female guard. She retired from service after getting married, and now lives in her home province of Illgner, where she assists the paper industry.[1]

Rihyarda - An attendant who has pledged service to the archducal family of Ehrenfest. She served as Rozemyne's head attendant in the castle and the Royal Academy. However, she later requests to return to serving Sylvester and Florencia.

Brunhilde - A fashionable archnoble. Although she continues to help Rozemyne, she retires as an attendant after becoming engaged as Sylvester’s second wife.

Delia - A gray shrine maiden who serverd Rozemyne as an apprentice blue shrine maiden. Her duties were to take care of Myne's attire and chambers. After Delia was tricked into aiding Bezewanst, she was dismissed from service and sentenced to house arrest in the temple orphanage.[2]

Muriella - An attendant from the former Veronica faction who originally gave her name to Rozemyne. However, she requested to transfer her pledge to Elvira so she could fulfill her dream of producing love stories.

Traugott - An apprentice archknight who guarded Rozemyne at the Royal Academy during her first year. He disliked Rozemyne and only wanted to serve her as a way to learn her mana compression method. While Rihyarda wanted Rozemyne to dismiss him, she instead persuaded him to resign in order to limit the stain on his family’s reputation. [3]

Ottilie - An attendant and an archnoble. She is Elvira's close friend, and agreed to serve Rozemyne as a personal favor. She is also Hartmut’s mother. She leaves Rozemyne's service upon her move to Alexandria
