Viktor is a medscholar married to Brigitte.
History
When Brigitte and Damuel couldn't make their dreams of marriage work, Lady Elvira personally took charge of finding a good husband for Brigitte. Viktor was the person she chose, and soon after the two got married, Viktor moved to Illgner with his new wife. Once there, he got a lot of work due to how few nobles there were in Illgner at the time, though since then some laynobles have settled in the province again, relaxing the situation.
Viktor is largely in charge of the paper-making industry in his new home province.[2]
Story
As the person most familiar with the paper-making efforts in Illgner, Viktor accompanied Giebe Illgner along with their respective wives to meet with Rozemyne and Ferdinand. There he presents them with new kinds of paper they made from rinfin and nanseb. Upon hearing the odd properties of nanseb paper, Ferdinand immediate expressed a desire to buy it for research purposes, while Rozemyne is very pleased with the rinfin paper, since it can be made exceptionally thin, thus naturally lending itself as a component for wax-paper.
When the Illgner nobles are informed that Rozemyne wishes for them to send four craftsmen to help educate other duchies on how to make paper, so they too can establish paper-making workshops, Viktor is hesitant. But Giebe Illgner gladly accepts the request. Only after being overruled by his half-brother does he learn that Rozemyne only intends to teach other provinces how to make volrin paper, leaving it up to them if they want to research other kinds of paper on their own, thus cutting down the time the teaching will take drastically compared to the full year her grey priests once spent in Illgner, which also makes Viktor grasp just how preferential the treatment the province received by Rozemyne truly was.[2]
